A mix of 3, 4 and 5* stories
As with all anthologies, we are treated to a range of authors and their writing styles, as well as some great short stories. In fact, this is a quite a lengthy anthology with tales you can really get your teeth into.
These delightful stories have been inspired by either a Shakespearean play or one of his sonnets. Most are contemporary tales, although not all, and many are scattered with character names or references many of us are familiar with. Some are hot and explicit, others are more gentle. The reader is treated to a variety of popular tropes, so there’s something for everyone. As in Shakespeare’s works, there’s comedy and tragedy, love and intrigue, drama and heartache. Most end happily and leave you with a smile on your face.
All credit goes to the authors and editors for donating their time and energy in producing such a wonderful piece of work in aid of charity.
