Rainbow Snippets ~ May 7th

RAINBOW SNIPPETS

This week’s Rainbow Snippet is taken from

Boys on Film

Nate and Stefan go out on a date.

The waiter approaches our table with a large sundae dish filled with six scoops of ice cream and a variety of different toppings. There’s even a sparkler sticking out the top drawing the attention of at least half of the restaurant. “I thought this place was up-market?” Nate whispers, adding a downright, yet adorable, grin.

The waiter places the extravagant dessert in the middle of the table and supplies us with two long-handled spoons. We smile at each other, watching the sparks fizzle out.  Enthusiastically, we both dive in to taste a few mouthfuls, making erotic, almost obscene noises as we swallow. “I’ve always wanted to do this,” Nate declares happily. “Can I feed you a spoonful?”

About Gay Book Promotions

About the Author Lily G. Blunt writes contemporary gay romance. She loves to explore the relationship between two men and the intensity of their physical and emotional attraction. Angst often features in her stories as she feels this demonstrates the depth of the men's feelings for each other. Lily is forever writing imaginary scenes and plots in her head, but only a few ever make it to the page. There never seems to be enough hours in the day despite having left the teaching profession to concentrate on her writing! Lily discovered the wonderful world of m/m romance novels five years ago via fan fiction and went on to write stories in her spare time. With the encouragement of her friends and readers she decided to publish some of her work. Lily subsequently self-published several stories via Amazon and later published short stories with Torquere Press, Wayward Ink Publishing, and Pride Publishing.

  3. Oh, my, how cute, although I’d be trying so hard to look the other way, if I was in the restaurant with them (and failing). 🙂
